Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information The Cleaning Bros collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to thecleaningbros.company and any pages on it, including our booking forms and marketing pages.
Information we collect
When you book a cleaning, request a quote, or apply through one of our forms, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address or service area, details about the cleaning you need, and any notes you add.
When you visit the site, we and our advertising partners automatically receive basic technical information, such as the pages you view, your approximate region, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This information is used to measure how our ads and pages perform and to improve the site.
Advertising and measurement
We use advertising tools from the following platforms to measure the performance of our advertising, understand which ads lead to bookings, and (where you consent) show you relevant ads later:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — the Meta Pixel on our marketing pages records pages viewed and actions such as submitting an application or quote request. Data is shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (for users in the EU/EEA) and Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta uses this data in line with its own privacy policy.
- Google (Google Ads & Google Tag Manager) — our Google tags record pages viewed and conversions such as quote requests and bookings, so we can measure which ads and search terms work. Data is shared with Google Ireland Ltd. (for users in the EU/EEA) and Google LLC.
In regions where advertising cookies and similar technologies require consent (such as the EU/EEA and the UK), these advertising tags are not loaded for visitors from those regions unless they have chosen to allow them. Visitors outside those regions can opt out using the controls described below.
Bookings, messages, and email
We use your contact details to confirm and remind you about appointments. We send booking confirmations and reminders by SMS (through our messaging provider, Twilio) and by email (through our email provider). Replies to those messages, and our customer-service records, may be kept so we can serve you and follow up on your booking.
Marketing emails we send include an unsubscribe link, and marketing SMS includes a way to opt out (for example, replying STOP). Service messages about a booking you made are not optional while the booking is active.
Your choices and opting out
- Meta ads: you can manage how Meta uses data for ads via your account settings, or opt out through Meta's ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences or the "Ad Choices" / "Your Ad Choices" controls in Meta ads on any device.
- Google ads: you can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics via tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Industry opt-outs: visitors in North America can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at once via optout.aboutads.info or your mobile device's advertising settings.
- Email and SMS: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, reply STOP to any marketing text, or contact us at (587) 429-0783 and we'll take you off our lists.
If you are in a region with privacy laws that give you rights over your data (such as access, correction, deletion, or portability), contact us and we will honour your request as the law requires.
How long we keep information
Booking and customer records are kept as long as needed to provide services, meet accounting and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Advertising measurement data is retained by the platforms under their own retention policies.
